For Samsung Galaxy Note 4, when you type Virgin Mobile APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Virgin Mobile Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as inet.bell.ca and not as INET.BELL.CA or Inet.bell.ca.
