For BLU Dash L3, when you type VideoTron APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering VideoTron Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as media.videotron and not as MEDIA.VIDEOTRON or Media.videotron. If entering Videotron LTE APN Settings above to your BLU Dash L3, APN should be entered as media.ng and not as MEDIA.NG or Media.ng.
