Go to App list, tap Settings Cellular + SIM

If your phone supports more than 1 SIM card, choose SIM 1 settings or SIM 2 settings depending on the SIM that you want to use for Rogers 3.
Turn on Data Connection.

For Nokia Lumia 635, when you type Rogers APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Rogers Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as internet.com and not as INTERNET.COM or Internet.com.
