For Samsung Galaxy A5, when you type Public Mobile APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Public Mobile Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as sp.mb.com and not as SP.MB.COM or Sp.mb.com.
