MTS APN settings for Huawei P30
Huawei P30 is compatible with MTS HSDPA and MTS LTE.

For Huawei P30, when you type MTS APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering MTS Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as sp.mts and not as SP.MTS or Sp.mts.
