Huawei P20 is compatible with MTS HSDPA and Huawei P20 is not compatible with MTS LTE.

For Huawei P20, when you type MTS APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering MTS Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as sp.mts and not as SP.MTS or Sp.mts.
