Fido APN settings for Sharp Pi
Sharp Pi is compatible with Fido GSM, Fido HSDPA and Fido LTE.
To configure Fido APN settings with Sharp Pi follow below steps.
Fido Internet & MMS APN settings
Go to Settings More Mobile networks Access Point Names of your Sharp Pi
Press on right top corner.
Name: Fido 2
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,supl,mms
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN PPP phone number: Not set
Do not change the default values set by device for all blank fields above. Restart Sharp Pi.
If the above Fido Internet & MMS APN settings do not work on your Pi, make below changes to Fido Internet & MMS APN settings to get Fido Internet on your Sharp Pi.
If the above Fido Internet & MMS APN settings too do not work on your Pi, make below changes to Fido Internet & MMS APN settings to get Fido LTE on your Sharp Pi.
For Sharp Pi, when you type Fido APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Fido Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as internet.fido.ca and not as INTERNET.FIDO.CA or Internet.fido.ca. If entering Fido LTE APN Settings above to your Sharp Pi, APN should be entered as ltemobile.apn and not as LTEMOBILE.APN or Ltemobile.apn.
