For BLU Dash L2, when you type Chatr APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Chatr Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as chatrweb.apn and not as CHATRWEB.APN or Chatrweb.apn.
