Even Lenovo A319 is listed as not compatible here, still Bell network can allow (rarely) Lenovo A319 in their network with special agreements made between Bell and Lenovo. Therefore, this only explains if the commonly available versions of Lenovo A319 will work properly on Bell or not, if so in which bands Lenovo A319 will work on Bell and the network performance between Bell and Lenovo A319.
