Fido APN settings for Windows

Fido Internet & MMS APN settings

Go to App list, tap Settings Network & Wireless Cellular & SIM

In Cellular, select your SIM card
Select Properties

Under Internet APN select Add an Internet APN

Profile name: Fido 2
APN: internet.fido.ca
User name: fido
Password: fido
Type of sign-in info:
IP type: IPv4

Enable Use this APN for LTE and replace the one from my mobile operator


Proxy server (URL):
Proxy port:

Tap Save


In Cellular, select your SIM card
Select Properties
Under MMS APN select Add an MMS APN

Profile name: Fido 2
APN: internet.fido.ca
User name: fido
Password: fido
Type of sign-in info:
IP Type: IPv4
Proxy server:
Proxy port:
MMSC (URL): http://mms.fido.ca
MMSC port:
Maximum MMS size (KB): 2048

Tap Save.


If the above Fido Internet & MMS APN settings do not work on your Windows device, make below changes to Fido Internet & MMS APN settings to get Fido Internet on your Windows device.

On Windows, APN settings should be entered in correct case. For example, if you are configuring your APN setting with Fido Internet & MMS APN settings configuration above, make sure you enter APN as internet.fido.ca and not as INTERNET.FIDO.CA or Internet.fido.ca. If entering Fido LTE to your Windows device, APN should be entered as ltemobile.apn and not as LTEMOBILE.APN or Ltemobile.apn.
